Balance Your Energies
Moxibustion is a complimentary modality added to acupuncture treatments when needed. Moxibustion is a traditional therapy that involves burning dried mugwort (moxa) near specific acupuncture points to warm the body and stimulate the flow of Qi and blood. Nutrigenomics
Nutrigenomics is the science of how your genes interact with nutrients you eat. It helps us understand how your unique genetic makeup affects the way your body processes food, absorbs nutrients and responds to certain environmental factors, diets and supplements.
Think of your DNA like a blueprint. Within that blueprint, you might have small changes- called SNPs- that affect how your body functions. These SNPs can influence everything from how well you absorb vitamins to how efficiently your body detoxifies or produces energy. When you have certain SNPs, your body might not process specific nutrients properly. This can lead to hidden deficiencies, even if your eating a healthy diet.

Food Sensitivity Testing
Food sensitivity testing helps you uncover how how your body really feels about the foods you're eating - even the "healthy" ones.
